Goals and Objectives:

The Board Members have the fiduciary duty to adhere and enforce the CC and R’s and Rules. My objective will be to increase the values at H.V. I believe that we have turned the corner since Jan, 2013 based on recent comps! Much more needs to be done.

Trinidad Island H.O.A. Huntington Beach since 1980

Served Architectural Committee 2006-2009

Santa Rosa Cove H.O.A in the city of La Quinta since 1990

Board of Directors (3) of Volvo Parkway A Virgina LLC which runs some real estate holdings.

Civic Organizations and Positions Held

Degrees: B.S., M.S. in EE

               DHD in Systems Engineering, UCI

Served as Associate Dean of Engineering and Department Chair of EE at CSULB.

If elected I will use my financial expertise and training for the needs of the H.O.A. The H.O.A. is like a small business. It should be run in a businesslike manner. I believe in consensus building. The Volunteer Team is a wonderful idea. We sink or swim together!
